NBB Group Holds Graduation Ceremony for the RISE Programme

NBB Group celebrated the graduation of its RISE programme consisting of two cohorts, covering 40 NBB and BisB Bahraini employees who took part in the programme for the last 18 Months. The event was attended by the NBB and BisB Board of Directors, NBB Group’s Executive Management Team, and employees from across NBB Group.
The ceremony recognised the participants’ successful completion of the comprehensive RISE training programme and acknowledged their remarkable achievements in fulfilling its challenging objectives and delivery of the various projects.  
Commenting on the occasion, Mohamed Mazen Matar, Group Head of Human Capital, said: “At NBB Group, we believe in uplifting the potential of our talented teams by equipping them with instrumental skills and valuable knowledge to drive their continued success at the Group. During the ceremony, the graduates also showcased their acquired skills and knowledge through insightful project presentations.
The ceremony was concluded with the participating employees being honoured for their accomplishments.
