Mashreq wins Best Regional Retail Bank four times over

Once again, Mashreq wins at the Banker Middle East Industry Awards, scooping three awards in 2016. The first award is ‘Best Regional Retail Bank’, which Mashreq has been privileged to receive four times in the last five years. The Bank also received the ‘Best Banking Innovation’ award which is the second time Mashreq wins this award, proving that the bank’s ongoing strategy to put the ‘customer first’ is not only working but has been recognized by the industry peers. Mashreq was also announced as a winner of ‘Best Real Estate Finance’.

In its efforts to offer seamless banking to customers, Mashreq recently announced the launch of a new and exclusive mobile banking app for SMEs called ‘SnappBiz’. The aim of the app is to provide easier, more efficient and accessible services for SME customers. The newly launched app will save businessmen time, as all transactions initiated through Online Banking can be authorized from SnappBiz and vice versa. Mashreq also launched recently the launch of the all-new award-winning mobile banking application ‘Mashreq Snapp’ 4.2 which offers a fulfilling mobile banking experience with Mobile 2 Mobile, Cardless Cash Withdrawal, Snapp on Apple Watch and My Money Manager.
