The Neurology Department at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Qatar’s principal provider of highly specialized and complex care, is hosting the Ninth Qatar Neurology Symposium from 14to 15 February at Hajar Auditorium in the Medical Education Center.

Aimed at promoting the exchange of diagnostic and therapeutic expertise in the field of neurology and neurosurgery, the symposium will enable eminent local and international speakers and neurology experts to share the latest developments and scientific advances.

The symposium’s organizing committee is chaired by Dr. Boulenouar Mesraoua, Senior Consultant Neurologist, and its membership includes Dr. Dirk Deleu, Head of Neurology Department and Dr. Hassan Al Hail, Senior Consultant Neurologist.

“Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis and stroke will be the three main topics to cover at the two-day event,” Dr. Hassan Al Hail said.
