Al-Futtaim Motors appoints new Head of Distributor Operations for Lexus

Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Lexus in the UAE, has appointed French national Benoit Turibe as Head of Distributor Operations.

In his new role, Turibe is responsible for managing all aspects of distributor operations which include marketing, brand activities, product, pricing and supply chain as well as relations with Toyota Motor Corporation and Lexus International.

Turibe joins from Renault where he held a number of Marketing and Communication positions for the last 15 years, most recently as Marketing Director for Renault Middle East overlooking 12 markets since July 2010.

Turibe also served Renault at the company’s headquarters in France as Head of Worldwide Advertising Planning in 2009 and 2010. From 2007 to 2009, he held the post of International Advertising and Media Manager while the previous four years saw him focusing on media product launches as International Corporate Communication Manager. Turibe’s first job with Renault was in 2000 as a Product Marketing Manager based in Netherlands.

Turibe graduated in Marketing from Bordeaux Management School and has a degree in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from Bordeaux University Institute of Technology.
