Musk's X removes copy link feature sparking frustration
An X user wrote, "You can’t copy the link of a video anymore dude wtf." Another wrote, "you can’t copy video links anymore, the video automatically starts playing."
Speculation has flooded the platform, with no official statement yet regarding the change. Many believe the issue is an unintended bug affecting a group of users.
X users share workarounds and tutorials
Some made workarounds to bypass the new feature: Users can long-press on a video of their choice, then tap "Post video." Secondly, they can type anything, then undo and copy the video link. Many reported that this workaround has worked for them.
