To mark the International Day of Sign Language, Ooredoo has announced enhancements to its dedicated Sign Language Customer Service Centre, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity and accessibility for all. Launched two years ago as the first-of-its-kind in Oman, the centre allows customers who are deaf or hard of hearing to communicate directly with trained representatives via video call in sign language.
