Aldar today announced the acquisition of an industrial and logistics portfolio from AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS) subsidiary Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group for AED 650 million. The transaction adds 163,000 square metres of modern, income-generating industrial and logistics space to Aldar's growing platform and builds on the company's deepening presence within KEZAD.
