ALBAWABA - Elon Musk and X Corp. (formerly Twitter) are filing a lawsuit against the nonprofit, leftist organization Media Matters for America amid advertising "pro-Nazi content" on the platform, according to Axios.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. X Corp. stated that Media Matters "exploited" its social media platform with "fringe" content, including "excessive scrolling."

X CEO Linda Yaccarino had things to say:

"If you know me, you know I'm committed to truth and fairness."

"Here's the truth. Not a single authentic user on X saw IBM's, Comcast's, or Oracle's ads next to the content in Media Matters' article. Only 2 users saw Apple's ad next to the content, at least one of which was Media Matters. Data wins over manipulation or allegations. Don't be manipulated. Stand with X."

X Corp. accused Media Matters of “maliciously” trying to drive away advertisers from X as all Apple, IBM, and Oracle were running next to pro-Nazi content.

According to Time, The corporation said in the complaint filed in the court mentioned above that “Media Matters designed both these images and its resulting media strategy to drive advertisers from the platform and destroy X Corp.”

The other day Musk caused controversy by agreeing with a post on his platform stating that Jewish people hold a “dialectical hatred” of White people resulting in many angry investors investors going against the billionaire.

Later, Ross Gerber, Gerber Kawasaki Inc's CEO, and co-founder went on CNBC and said that Musk's outbursts on the platform are destroying their brand.
