A London-based human rights watchdog has said 15,163 people have been killed in since an anti-regime revolt broke in March 2012.
Syria Human Rights Monitor said biggest casualties came in the country's central Homs province, in Idlib, Hama, Daraa and in suburbs of Damascus.
The group said 1,114 children, 957 women and 579 men have been killed under torture, adding that all deaths, injuries and government arrested were documented.
