Arsenal are expected to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the coming transfer window, as per Corriere dello Sport.
The Nigeria international is among the top strikers in the world and is being linked with a move away from Italy this summer.
It is believed that the 25-year-old prefers a switch to the Premier League, and is waiting for Arsenal in particular.
Osimhen was reportedly keen on moving to Chelsea, before realizing the Blues do not have the funds to pay his £110 million release clause.
However, Arsenal may submit a bid in the near future for Osimhen if they are able to cash in on a few fringe players.
The Gunners are hoping to offload the likes of Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Jesus, and Emile Smith Rowe as soon as possible to raise funds for future deals.
