Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur say they have agreed to sell midfielder Luka Mordic to Real Madrid.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy said on Monday "Luka has been a terrific player for us."
The Croatia international made 160 appearances for the north London club, scoring 17 goals.
Modric has signed a five-year deal with the Spanish league champions though the move is subject to a medical examination.
Financial details of the transfer were not released.
