Sports Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz said the Interior Ministry agreed that spectators can attend the football match between Egypt and Chad on November 17, in the second leg of the African qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
"The ministry understands the demands of the fans to attend football matches," he said.
