The Saudi Ministry of Sports announced that it will suspend public attendance at all sports events as of Saturday.
The Ministry also said that this decision comes as a precautionary measure to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus in places that may witness mass crowds, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
It added that the suspension will remain in effect until further notice.
