Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has said he wants to make Cristiano Ronaldo the 'best-paid player in the world' in a bid to keep him at the club.
Perez's promise comes after speculations were raised regarding 8-million-pound-a year-rated Ronaldo's plans to rejoin Manchester United or move to Paris-Saint-Germain (PSG), The Independent reports.
Perez said that Ronaldo had told him that he was not content, but expressed doubts as to whether Ronaldo had been made any offer from PSG.
Perez further added that he wants to build Madrid's future around Ronaldo. (ANI)
