Qatari Team Arrives In Basra

The Qatari team arrived at Basra International Airport this morning to participate in the International Friendship Championship, which will begin on Wednesday, the twenty-first March, at the stadiums sports city in Basra.

A source at Basra International Airport told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the Qatari team arrived at 10:30 am at the airport.

The delegation was welcomed by the head of the National Olympic Committee in Basra, Dr. Mushtaq al-Shammari and members of the Iraqi Football Federation.

With the arrival of the Qatari tea, the teams participating in the International Friendship Championship has completed, which includes Iraq, Qatar and Syria, which will start on Wednesday in Basra./ End
