Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a massive €200 million offer for Napoli stars Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
PSG are determined on signing the duo this summer following the departure of Kylian Mbappe.
However, Napoli immediately turned down the proposal, insisting that Kvara specifically is not for sale.
The Italian club is ready to let Osimhen go if any side is willing to trigger his €130m buyout clause.
The Nigeria international is on the radar of both Arsenal and Chelsea as well.
