A second half Gylfi Sigurdsson goal gave Swansea a shock 2-1 win over Manchester United on Saturday.

In Louis van Gaal's first competitive game in charge of the Red Devils, Sigurdsson struck in the 72nd minute to earn all three points for Garry Monk's men at Old Trafford.

Ki Sung-Yueng had initially seen his opener cancelled out by an acrobatic Wayne Rooney equaliser but the former Tottenham man restored the away side's lead and they held on to record a surprise victory.
