Manchester United were hoping to sell Jadon Sancho for £65 million this summer after his row with boss Erik ten Hag, but the winger rejected all approaches.

The England international was omitted from United's squad that lost 3-1 to Arsenal in the Premier League due to poor training according to ten Hag.

However, the former Borussia Dortmund star took to social media and accused the coach of falsifying facts before deleting his post on X after some time.

The Athletic says that United were keen on selling the 23-year-old to a Saudi Arabian or a Turkish club.

Sancho and his representatives turned down all the offers and the player even flew to New York with Aaron Wan-Bissaka to party with NBA star John Wall on his birthday.

The Red Devils signed the winger for £73m in 2021, and are yet to see much from him.

It remains to be seen if ten Hag will decide to integrate the Englishman in the team for the upcoming matches.
