Manchester United and Manchester City are both interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Manuel Ugarte this summer.

The 23-year-old is on the radar of several European sides, according to Le10Sport.

On his part, the Uruguay international's main focus is to play regular football, and does not have a particular preference.

Barcelona are also following Ugarte, but realize that they will struggle to compete financially with the two Premier League giants.

The Red Devils are set to move for the young midfielder if Casemiro is sold.

Meanwhile, City relies on Rodri as their first choice defensive midfielder, but may attempt to hijack the deal.
