Lyon will only consider selling Rayan Cherki this summer if their €35 million (£30m/$38m) price tag is met - according to Don Balon.
Real Madrid are interested in bringing the 16-year-old to Santiago Bernabeu when the transfer market reopens.
Cherki has appeared in 12 matches across all competitions for Lyon this term.
