Lekhwiya Sports Club sealed Sunday his fourth Qatar Stars League and second in two years after defeating Al Ahli 3-1.
Youssef Msakni was the star of the game, scoring a brace in the 25th and 84th minute.
Ismael Mohammed had opened the scoring for Lekhwiya in the 14th minute and Meshaal Abdullah equalized two minute later.
It was the 17th victory for Lekhwiya this campaign. It earned a total of 59 points, five away from Al Sadd who beat Al Jaish 5-2. Al Ahli for their part remained in sixth place with 35 points.
