The Disciplinary Committee under the regional anti-doping Organization (RADO) Africa Zone I has decided to suspend the Moghreb Athletic Tetouan (MAT) player, Salaheddine Hamani, for a period of two years for consuming prohibited substances, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) announced Friday.

The player will be suspended for a period of two years from all sporting activities and from all regional or international competitions or events for violation of the World Anti-Doping Agency's anti-doping rules and use of prohibited substances, the FRMF said in a statement published on its website.

The use of prohibited substances was confirmed during a doping control conducted on 2 December 2019, the FRMF noted.
