Chelsea are reportedly planning to submit a new bid for Barcelona full-back Jules Kounde in the winter transfer window.
The France international had already been linked with the Blues, who were close to signing him for €65 million from Sevilla in 2022.
However, Kounde eventually put pen to paper on a five-year deal with Barca later that summer.
The versatile star can play in different positions at the back, and is known for his offensive style of play.
He is now back again on Chelsea's radar, and a switch in January to London is mooted, according to TBR Football.
