Chelsea are close to finalising a deal for Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong, according to SPORT.
Manchester United are also in the race but it seems that the Dutch midfielder will move to London to continue playing in the UEFA Champions League.
The Blues are advancing in negotiations with Barca and are willing to pay over €80 million (£68m/$82m) to seal De Jong's services.
