Bayern Munich plan to sign Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha in the upcoming winter transfer window in January.
The Bundesliga giants tried to bring in the Portugal international on deadline day, but failed to do so despite the player passing a medical.
The 28-year-old went on to pen a new deal with Fulham until the summer of 2028.
However, Portuguese reporter Pedro Almeida has revealed that Bayern are closing in on the midfielder.
Almeida said as quoted by Tribal Football: "Joao Palhinha will be a Bayern Munich player in January."
