Egypt have no injury worries ahead of Sunday's clash at Congo in their opening World Cup Group E qualifier, the country's football association said on Saturday.
"All the players are fit for the Congo game. We hope to secure victory and please millions of Egyptian people," read a statement on the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) official website.
The statement confirmed the availability of Ahly defender Ahmed Hegazy, who was initially deemed doubtful for the match due to a muscle injury.
The Pharaohs face Congo in their opening Group E clash before hosting Ghana, their main challengers, in November.
In June, World Cup-hungry Egypt were drawn alongside Ghana, Congo and Uganda.
Egypt coach Hector Cuper has named his 24-man squad for the Congo game, including nine foreign-based players.
Seven-time African champions, Egypt have made only two World Cup appearances, both in Italy in 1934 and 1990.
