Yaya Toure will stay at Manchester City this summer, according to the midfielder’s agent.

The midfielder is one of the players expected to be sold in City’s major squad overhaul this summer and former Blues boss Roberto Mancini has said he would like to reunite with him at Inter this summer.

Toure’s agent, Dimitri Seluk, recently claimed the Ivorian, who has made 29 Premier League appearances for City this term, was “90 percent certain” to leave at the end of the season.

But Seluk on Monday told Sky Sports News that City has informed him that Toure is "too important to let go."

Toure still has two years remaining on his current deal with City, which is worth around 300,000 euros a week.
