Ethiopia's Largest Ethnic Group Celebrates Thanksgiving Festival

Ethiopia's largest ethnic group, Oromo, have celebrated in traditional clothing march the annual thanksgiving holiday, in Addis Ababa.

Moreover, Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said that the cabinet has limited attendance for the Oromo group's Irreecha festival to around 5,000 people amid coronavirus pandemic.

Oromo group said that the Irreecha festival is to mark the end of the rainy season and the beginning of the harvest season.
