What Is Iran covering up? Satellite photos show changes at Natanz facility
This handout satellite picture provided by Maxar Technologies and taken on March 10, 2003, shows the Natanz nuclear enrichment facility in central Iran. President Donald Trump said US air strikes early on June 22 "totally obliterated" Iran's main nuclear sites, as Washington joined Israel's war with Tehran in a flashpoint moment for the Middle East. ALBAWABA - New satellite pictures show that big panels have been put over parts of Iran's Natanz nuclear plant. This makes people wonder even more about what Tehran is doing there, months after the place was damaged.

Israeli Military Radio reported on a study from the Institute for Science and International Security which says that the pictures show Iranian officials putting covers over places that are thought to have been damaged in the past. The move may have been meant to look at debris or check on the state of important parts of the complex, analysts say.

In June, the Israeli forces targeted Natanz, which is very important to Iran's uranium enrichment program, in their operation. Many people thought that the strike did a lot of damage to the underground infrastructure that was connected to the centrifuge operations.

After the attack, the International Atomic Energy Agency said it had judged that the bombs had directly affected the site's underground centrifuge halls.

The Natanz facility is in Isfahan province in the middle of Iran. It is still a main target of attention from people around the world. The newest pictures make people wonder about how bad the damage is and what steps Iran is taking to handle its nuclear infrastructure.
