ALBAWABA - Footage from the SCO meeting in China aroused curiosity in people after Chinese President Xi Jinping was seen calling his personal translator to have a chat with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Xi Jinping was seen along with his wife, Peng Liyuan, as they were taking photos with attendees of the SCO summit, but after Putin's photo, the two leaders had a friendly talk, while other people were waiting in line.
After taking a photo with Putin, Xi immediately was seen calling his personal interpreter to have a small talk with the Russian leader during the SCO meeting was held in Tianjin, People's Republic of China.
During the talk, the personal interpreter of the Russian President also joined the chat.
According to the media, the two leaders held a lengthy conversation while everyone else lined up for the family photo. However, social media users said that the talk went very well since Putin and Xi were spotted smiling.
"Judging by the smiles, the discussion was very friendly," a person wrote on the video.
