ALBAWABA - Outfits of ousted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro continue to draw attention worldwide following his capture by U.S. Delta Forces from Caracas until his first appearance at the New York court on Monday.
Maduro, 63, and his wife, Cilia Flores, were kidnapped by U.S. military forces from their home in Venezuela on Jan. 3, and they will stand in court in the United States over drug and weapon charges.
American President Donald Trump posted the first image of Nicolas Maduro on Truth Social, showing him handcuffed, dressed in grey sweatpants and wearing blackout goggles.

Searches for Nike Tech Fleece have gone viral as the leftist president was seen wearing Nike Tech Fleece aboard a U.S. Navy ship.
The football players of the Spanish "RCD Mallorca" showed up to a game against the "Girona FC" team wearing the same Nike Tech Fleece worn by Nicolas Maduro.
The tracksuit worn by Maduro is part of Nike's popular Tech Fleece collection, and the set costs about $260. However, separately, the hoodie costs about $140, while the pants are around $120.
In a defiant first appearance before a U.S. federal court, abducted Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro pleaded not guilty on Monday to charges of narco-terrorism, conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States, and possession of machine guns and destructive devices, rejecting the legitimacy of the case and asserting his status as Venezuela’s head of state.
He appeared in shackles before U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein at a Manhattan federal courthouse, responding in Spanish through an interpreter. "I am not guilty. I am a decent man. I am still the president of my country," Maduro told the court.
