ALBAWABA - A video has caused fury across social media after a child with special needs was seen being beaten up and tortured using sharp tools at the hands of his family members in the West Bank.
A boy with special needs was seen in a clip chained from his neck and being violently attacked by two men, who were said to be his relatives, while the little boy was seen crying, screaming and begging them to stop hitting him.
The footage showed that the child was chained to the wall with a rope and wrapped in iron chains around his neck before being beaten and tortured using sharp objects and plastic sticks, while a third person was filming the horrible crime while laughing.

Local media confirmed that the Palestinian police said on Sunday evening that they freed a child with special needs after he was tortured in Yatta, south of Hebron, in the West Bank.
Police spokesman Brigadier General Louay Erziqat revealed to the press that the Yatta Police Station and the General Investigations Branch were able to rescue a child with special needs after he was tortured and arrest a suspect in the case.
The police added that they arrested the three perpetrators, who claimed they beat up the child after he took a sum of money (5 shekels, which is less than $2) from a stranger and that they wanted to discipline him.
