ALBAWABA - A new picture of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has raised many questions on the internet regarding the type of phone he uses and why the camera is covered with tape.
A picture showed Netanyahu wearing a black puffer jacket over a white shirt, while leaning on a black car and responding to a phone call. The picture went viral, with many sharing it and asking about the type of smartphone he uses.
A netizen posted the photo and wrote, asking Grok, "What kind of phone does Netanyahu use?"
Some said that they could be using an Apple's iPhone device, while others claimed that he could be using a Samsung phone. But many agreed that Netanyahu will never use a Chinese app amid fears that it could be hacked, and that could be the reason why the camera is also covered.
On the other hand, one commented, "Could he be using a Chinese phone to dodge the censorship!!"
In response, Grok answered, "Based on available information until 2026, there are a few data points regarding the personal device that Netanyahu uses. But some reports suggest he is using an iPhone [just like his assistant, whose phone was hacked]. "
Grok added that there's a limited chance that the Prime Minister could be using a Chinese app, since Israel prohibits using Chinese technology due to security reasons.
However, some questioned whether the photo is real or is generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
