ALBAWABA - At least five people were killed in the horrific wildfires that rapidly spread through California. The Los Angeles fire prompted mandatory evacuations of over 100,000 people.

The latest fire, which is spreading fast due to dryness and wind, with the latest fire reported was the Sunset Fire, in the Hollywood Hills and it burned at least 50 acres. The Hollywood fire began at around 6 p.m., NBC News said.

Since the fast spread of the fire, multiple theories emerged online regarding the reason behind the rapid expansion of the flames. Many social media users blamed US President Joe Biden for the fire.

For instance, an X user called Alex Jones claimed that Joe Biden's administration forced Los Angeles airspace to halt flights of firefighting jets during his visit leading the California wildfires to go out of control.

He wrote: "Biden Admin Ordered LA Airspace Closed To Firefighting Aircraft For Over A Day During His Visit, Allowing Historic Blaze To Burn Out Of Control."

However, the X help team noted that several American media reported that firefighting aircraft were halted due to weather conditions and not over Biden's visit.

Nonetheless, President-elect Donald Trump also blamed Joe Biden for the rapid spread of the fires in Los Angeles, California. He wrote on Truth Social: "No water in the fire hydrants, no money in the FEMA. This is what Joe Biden is leaving me. Thanks Joe!"
