If true, several social media users have expressed their disbelief about the issue at hand, bringing up topics about the 7-year-old girl's parents and the tattoo artist including, child abuse, and legality. Many have also raised concerns about failed parenting, further urging authorities to jail everyone responsible for the bizarre video.

The viral clip quickly gained traction on social media garnering millions of views across several platforms. It showcases the 7-year-old girl getting a long rose-themed tattoo across her leg. While her facial expressions appeared happy, it also showcased the girl in pain due to the needle penetrating her leg.
A user on Musk's X (formerly known as Twitter) wrote, "Really awful to see."
Another added, "Who would do this to their child!?"
Several others called suspicion, claiming that the whole video is staged to rile up some views across social media. A user wrote in response to the viral clip, "Idc how good tattoo guns have gotten, there is a 0% chance that child is handling a tattoo on her thigh that well. Idk if it’s gag gun or AI, but this can’t be real."
It's still unknown whether the 7-year-old girl underwent the tattoo procedure or it was all a stunt in hopes of gaining traction on the popular Chinese video-sharing platform.
