<i>Yabiladi</i> reports that the publishing house Hachette, IBM, which gave computers for the center, the Moroccan Ministry of Education, the Regional Academy of Al-Hoceima and Hetic (French School of the Advanced Studies in Communication and Information Technologies) are among the organizations that contributed to the establishment of the multi-media center. The aim of the multimedia center is to facilitate the access of young people in Morocco to communication and information technologies.
