ALBAWABA- A government source within Yemen's internationally recognized government has leaked information indicating that a republican decision is imminent to appoint Ahmed bin Mubarak as Prime Minister.

Bin Mubarak currently serves as the foreign minister in the government led by Prime Minister Maeen Abdul Malik Saeed.

The decision comes amid acute divisions among members of the internationally recognized government, particularly within the Presidential Council.

These divisions stem from differing agendas among council members representing various conflict parties, currently in exile and supported by KSA and the UAE.

Areas under the control of these council members are experiencing setbacks and consistent problems, notably the depreciation of the Yemeni rial. The currency's value has plummeted to 1700 Yemeni rials per 1 USD in these areas, which is three times higher than the exchange rate in territories under Houthi control, where 1 US Dollar equals 540 Yemeni rials.
