A Yemeni man convicted of a series of armed burglaries and rapes was beheaded by the sword Monday in Mecca, Islam's holiest city, a Saudi interior ministry statement said.
Mohammad Hasan bin Ali was found guilty of several crimes of armed robbery and raping women at gunpoint, said the statement, carried by SPA news agency. (Albawaba.com)
