Yemen minister says Arabs should help Iraq

Yemen's Foreign Minister, Abu-Bakr al-Qerbi, has unveiled that preparations for appointing the country's first ambassador to Iraq since the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime are underway.
In a statement published Friday in Sana'a, Mr. al-Qerbi said that the situation in Iraq requires that all Arab states cooperate with the Iraqi government to help it restore security.
