ALBAWABA - Al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of Hamas, have released footage showcasing a coordinated attack on Israeli military assets in two separate locations within the Gaza Strip.
The operation, said to have taken place east of Jabalia camp in northern Gaza and east of Rafah city in the south, targeted Israeli soldiers and vehicles.
In the video footage, Al-Qassam fighters are seen engaging an Israeli Merkava tank and a military vehicle using Yasin 105 shells. Additionally, they unleashed gunfire from a BKC machine gun towards a group of soldiers near Jabalia camp.
The visuals, aired by Al-Jazeera, depict the intense confrontation as Al-Qassam fighters engage the Israeli tank at close range, resulting in billowing smoke. One fighter claimed to have successfully hit their target.
In a separate video, Al-Qassam Brigades continued their assault, targeting Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the combat zones east of Rafah city.
This series of attacks by resistance factions underscores ongoing tensions in the region, with frequent clashes leading to casualties and material damage inflicted upon Israeli forces.
