UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said Tuesday that he hoped to resume the talks he started with Iraqi officials last February.
Annan’s remarks came in a speech read on his behalf by UN representative Francis Martinez during the opening of Arab League and UN organizations regular cooperation meeting in Vienna.
