Ukraine downs 38 Russian drones in overnight attacks

ALBAWABA - Ukraine announced Wednesday that its air defense systems intercepted dozens of Iran-designed attack drones launched by Russian forces in an overnight attack that included five missiles.

"As a result of combat operations, 38 Shahed drones were shot down," the air force stated in a statement, referring to the unmanned aerial vehicles that were launched from Russian border regions and the occupied Crimea peninsula.
