A UAE Red Crescent Society (RCS) aid plane landed in Kabul Saturday as part of its airbridge to help the Afghan people. The plane, the 28th of its kind, was carrying tonnes of foodstuff, equipment and other relief items. Since the war in Afghanistan started, the RCS has airlifted thousands of tonnes of relief supplies to refugees camps in Afghanisatn, Pakistan and Iran, WAM reported. (Albawaba.cm)
