Yemen's Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates Maktum bin Rashid al- Maktum on the occasion of his country's National Day. According to <i>SABA</I>, in the cable, Ba-Jammal expressed wishes of welfare to his counterpart and prosperity for the Emirati people.
