UAE President, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, has sent a congratulatory cable to Jacques Chirac on the occasion of his re-election as President of France for a second term. Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has also sent a similar cable to President Chirac.
