ALBAWABA - Two Italian Air Force pilots were killed when their lightweight, single-engine aircraft collided in mid-air during training exercises and nosedived, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said.
The two U-208 aircraft crashed near the Guidonia Montecelio military airport, northwest of the Italian capital Rome.
Italian media outlets reported that one of the planes crashed in an open field, while the other plunged on a parked car.
