North Korea and Turkey will announce Wednesday that they will establish diplomatic ties, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported Sunday quoting South Korean government authorities.
In a related development, Los Angeles Times said Sunday that a North Korean foreign ministry spokesman complained that Washington was "unilaterally" trying to set the agenda.
It cast doubt on US sincerity in wanting to improve relations and warned that North Korea might resume its nuclear weapons program if it wasn't compensated for the delay in providing it with newer and safer nuclear plants – Albawaba.com
