Tunisian President Zein el Abideen ben Ali will visit Morocco Wednesday for talks with King Mohammed, reported the official Kuwaiti news agency, KUNA.
A spokesman for the Tunisian president said the visit was aimed at boosting bilateral relations.
The two leaders, he said, would discuss ways of activating the Arab Maghreb union, which is comprised of Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Mauritania.
They will also discuss the faltering peace process in the occupied Palestinian territories, and means to benefit from the free trade zone established between the two countries – Albawaba.com
