Tunisian President Zine el-Abidine bin Ali conducted a minor reshuffle, naming Muntaser Wayli as the minister of state for higher education, reported the official KUNA news agency on Tuesday.
Prime Minister Mohammed al-Ghannoushi said after a meeting with the president that he decided to name Wayli as minster of state for higher education, a newly-established post.
Wayli was named minister of state for information affairs before he was without a post with the formation of the government earlier this year – Albawaba.com
