The National Employment Fund (FNE ) of Tunisia is expanding a communications and information technology training program targeting new graduates with Masters degrees in mathematics, physics and electronics, Upline Securities reported.
The goal of the program is to meet the labor market's increasing IT demand.
Trainee numbers are expected to quadruple to 2,000 this year, and the program has been extended from six months to 10 months, divided into three modules lasting three months each, the agency said.
The first phase covers basic computing, telecommunications, and English, and is followed by a one-month business internship; the second phase offers a deeper study of either communication technologies or computing and networks; and the third phase reinforces the second – Albawaba.com
